Indemnity

Guests are required to sign an indemnity form on arrival at Eagle’s Eyrie

Deposit

A 50% deposit is required to be paid on all bookings.

Deposit Conditions:

• Cancellation greater than four weeks before: 75% of deposit refunded
• Cancellation between two and four weeks before booking: 50% of deposit refunded
• Cancellation less than two weeks before booking: 0% of deposit refunded

Breakages

All breakages must be paid for on checkout.

Access to Eagles Eyrie

Guests are provided a remote control for access to Eagle’s Eyrie, which is a secure farm, fully enclosed in electric fencing and accessed through an electric gate. Under no circumstances may the gate control be passed on to a third party. The gate control must be returned to the management on checkout.

Access by Third Parties

In order to protect the privacy of paying guests, only paying customers are entitled to enter Eagle’s Eyrie. Third parties are not entitled to access Eagle’s Eyrie without obtaining prior consent from the management.
